She Lives Truth
She Lives Truth was created for the single mom who loves God, honors His Word, and is still asking hard questions after real trauma. Here we talk honestly about post-abuse separation, co-parenting with a high-conflict or narcissistic ex, trauma bonds, gaslighting, and the deep confusion that can follow even within faith communities.
Have you ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or even silenced after leaving a relationship marked by narcissistic or emotional abuse especially when your decision to separate was made to protect yourself and your children? Why does it sometimes feel like the church doesn’t have honest answers for women who are rebuilding after abuse, separation, or divorce?
Through Scripture, biblical wisdom, and lived experience, I’ll help you learn how to:
- Recognize and replace lies with God’s truth
- Understand trauma through a biblical lens
- Rebuild your identity, faith, and motherhood after abuse
- Walk in discipline, purity, and peace even in the aftermath
- Rise strong without bitterness, fear, or shame
If you’ve been misunderstood by friends or family…
If your pain has been spiritualized away…
If you’re choosing holiness while still healing…
You are not alone. This is a place of truth, restoration, and encouragement for women who refuse to give up on God, on themselves, or on the calling to raise their children in a world full of lies.

Hi Friend! I just want to say that Freedom looks good on you. Was that a smile? I thought so.
Listen, Healing cannot happen until the lies are exposed. In this episode, we build on the last conversation about admitting the truth of what happened and why that honesty gives us the courage to uncover the lies that followed.
After trauma, abuse, betrayal, or living in survival mode, false beliefs can quietly shape our thinking. Lies often sound familiar, logical, or even protective: “It was my fault." "I’m too broken to change." "God doesn’t really see me." Or "This is just how life is." But anything that contradicts God’s Word is not truth even if it feels true.
In this episode, we explore how lies take root after pain, why unchallenged lies keep us stuck emotionally and spiritually, how to identify them, and how to hold them up against Scripture. We also unpack the connection between lies, fear, shame, and survival behaviors and how truth opens the door to real healing and freedom. You'll want to bring a notebook to take notes.

Hey there, I'm glad you're here again :)
I want to ask you, "Why does telling the truth matter? And why does living truthfully matter to God? In this episode of She Lives Truth, we talk about the courage it takes to be honest with ourselves about what we’ve been through and to finally put truth into words. Not to shame others or relive the past, but to honor God and begin walking in freedom. Rooted in John 8:32 “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." This conversation is an invitation to stop hiding, stop minimizing, and start living in the truth that leads to healing. And to the moms listening: we see you. It’s okay to tell the truth. You’re not alone, and truth is a safe place to begin again. Grab your caffeine and sit with me queen. See you on the other side of healing!

Hi Friend, Its Maribel!
Did you know Gods word says, "He Sent His Word and Healed Them?" This is found in Psalm 107:20 and is foundational for finding true and everlasting healing. In this episode of She Lives Truth, I share the foundation behind this podcast.
After walking through abuse, separation, and the confusion that often follows especially for Christian women I learned that healing cannot happen without truth. Most importantly it cannot happen apart from God and truth must be rooted in God’s Word. We can go to all the therapy sessions and listen to all the talks, read all the books but if we don't let the Living Word heal us, how can we really be free?
We begin with Psalm 107:20, a verse that became the anchor for my healing: “He sent His word and healed them.” In this episode, I share how Scripture helped me confront lies, find clarity after trauma, and begin rebuilding my life on a solid foundation. This episode sets the tone for what’s ahead. Biblical truth, real conversations, and encouragement for single moms who are rising through truth and healing. So excited to see you on the other side of healing!
